Terms of Service

The service

HappyDTech Poster lets you schedule and publish posts to social accounts you own or manage, through each platform’s official API. Some platforms limit what apps may do until they review them; the app shows the current state for each platform.

Your account

Keep your password safe. We recommend two-step sign-in.
Only connect social accounts you are allowed to manage.
You are responsible for what you publish and for following each platform’s rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, misleading content, harassment, illegal content, or to break any platform’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.

Availability

We work to post on time, but platforms can reject or delay posts and services can fail. The app shows each post’s status so you can retry. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Security → Delete account. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
