Data deletion

You can delete your data yourself at any time.

Delete your whole account

Log in at poster.happydtech.com.
Open Security and choose Delete account.
Enter your password (and your two-step code if it is on) and type DELETE.

This immediately deletes your account, every workspace you own, its connected accounts and their access tokens (we first ask each platform to withdraw our access), posts, drafts, templates, links, link-in-bio page and statistics. Uploaded files become unreachable at once and are erased within 14 days. Posts you created in someone else’s team workspace stay with that team.

Remove only a social account

In Accounts, choose Disconnect. We ask the platform to withdraw HappyDTech Poster’s access (LinkedIn ends that login; TikTok and Meta remove the app for the person who connected it once no other connected account still uses it), then delete the stored access token. The Account access log shows whether the platform confirmed. You can also remove the app in the platform’s own settings: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove HappyDTech Poster; Instagram uses the same Meta settings.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot log in, e-mail earthlikemwbb@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm and delete within 30 days.
