Who we are

HappyDTech Poster (poster.happydtech.com) is a scheduling tool made by HappyDTech in Thailand. It lets you write a post once and publish it to the social accounts you connect, now or at a scheduled time.

What we collect

• Your account: e-mail address and a salted, peppered hash of your password (never the password itself). If you turn on two-step sign-in, an encrypted authenticator secret and hashed recovery codes.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram through that platform’s own sign-in page, we store the account id, display name, granted permissions and access tokens. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and locked to the one workspace and account they belong to, so a token cannot be moved to or used for another account. No screen or API shows a token to anyone, including HappyDTech staff; they are only opened inside our server for the action you asked for (publishing, a first comment, reading post numbers, replying to a comment), and every such use is recorded in the Account access log on the Accounts page, which only the workspace’s owners and admins see. We never see or store your social media passwords.
• Your content: captions, drafts, templates, notes, schedules and the photos or videos you upload. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Results: post links and, where the platform allows it, counts of views, likes, comments and shares, and comments on posts you published through the app (shown in your inbox).
• Link clicks: for tracked links and link-in-bio pages we count clicks and views per hour. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses or set cookies on those pages.
• Security logs: short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by IP address (deleted within 24 hours) to stop password guessing.

Data from Facebook and Instagram

With your permission we use Meta’s APIs to list the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose, publish the posts you create, post the first comment you write, read the number of reactions, comments, shares and views on those posts, and read and reply to comments on them. We use this data only to show it to you and to do what you ask in the app. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.

How we use data

Only to run the service for you: publish and schedule posts, show your posts, numbers and comments, and keep your account secure. We do not use your data to train AI models, and the app has no advertising.

Where data is stored

On Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and KV). Data is sent to a social platform only when you connect an account or publish to it.

Sharing

Content you schedule is sent to the platforms you choose. People you invite to a workspace can see that workspace’s posts, accounts (names only, never tokens) and notes. We share nothing else, except if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

Uploads are deleted after 14 days. Everything else is kept until you delete it or delete your account. See Data deletion for how to delete your data.

Your rights

You can see and change your data in the app, disconnect any social account at any time (we then ask the platform to withdraw our access as well), and delete your account. For any other request, e-mail us and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes, and tell signed-in users in the app about important changes.
